Celebrity chef to open second restaurant in Dubai

Earlier, Rhodes opened the Rhodes Mezzanine in Dubai. This one, however, will be a steakhouse “with a twist,” he said, adding that it will be opened at the Le Royal Meridien. “I never imagined that one day we’d have a restaurant here in the Middle East — now to be opening our second is just so exciting. So many restaurants you go to, whether they are steakhouses, rib rooms or whatever, stipulate ‘this steak comes with this sauce, that potato, these vegetables, and that’s it’. But we’re making sure with our menu that you choose absolutely everything, even down to salads and what vinaigrettes and dressings they come with,” he explained.

TheTaste of Dubai runs from March 17-20 at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre and Park.
