Costa Deliziosa Cruise Ship To Be Named In Dubai

Cruise ship Costa Deliziosa will be named in Dubai on February 23rd, the first major milestone for Dubai’s new cruiseship terminal, which opens on January18th. The event is being organized by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and the European Cruise Company, Costa Crociere. Costa Deliziosa is the fifteenth ship in Costa’s fleet, and the first to be named in Dubai. Fabrizia Greppi, an executive with Costa Cruises, said “The naming ceremony in Dubai confirms our spirit in setting records and strengthens the partnership between Costa Cruises and Dubai. We are working together with DTCM to create an unforgettable event.” Mr. Greppi is Vice President for Corporate Marketing and Communications for Costa Cruises. More than 3,000 guests are expected to attend the ceremony, including 2,000 Costa guests.
