To be delivered by a Fitness First expert at the Uptown Mirdiff mixed club on 16 and 17 July, Fitness First will also offer all existing and new members a ‘Ramadan Health and Wellness Pack’. Additionally, throughout Ramadan, members will receive exclusive prizes in the form of vouchers during each visit to the club for a workout session.
George Flooks, Chief Operating Officer, Fitness First Middle East, said: “This initiative is a timely invitation for all to come on board the fitness wagon, during the month of Ramadan. During this intense period of abstinence, it is important to maintain a healthy metabolism and level of fitness that is conducive to the drastic dietary changes the body undergoes.
“We at Fitness First are dedicated to ensuring that our members stay healthy. Through the seminar, we would like to highlight that we are more than just a gym and have our vision focused on the larger picture of providing support and counseling to our members with the purpose of enriching their lifestyles.”
Fitness First’s 19th branch in the region recently opened doors at the Oasis Centre. With more branches in the pipeline across the UAE as part of the chain’s expansion strategy, Fitness First is dedicated to ‘making the world a fitter place’ with its state-of-the-art equipment, fully qualified personal trainers and the latest group exercise classes.
