Hotel Hell is created and hosted by the Scottish chef and will be broadcasted by Fox in the US on Mondays at 8 pm ET/PT.
Ramsay will be visiting hotels in cities in the US such as San Diego, Coeur D’Alene, Cambridge, Milford and Windsor for his new TV show.
The series appears to be loosely based on the format of Kitchen Nightmares, where Ramsay worked with restauranteurs to improve their product.
“From dirty bedrooms and mold-ridden bathrooms to incompetent staff or customer service that’s not up to par, Ramsay and his team will work with the hotel employees to turn these hapless establishments around,” said Fox in a statement.
“As he tries to turn these ‘No’-tels into successful hotels, Ramsay – in his own inimitable style – will go head-to-head with the owners and staff.”
The chef will be joined by a team of hospitality experts who will help him and the hoteliers try to exceed customers’ expectations, before it’s too late.
Ramsay, a celebrity chef who has previously run restaurants in some of the world’s top hotels, has been presenting these kinds of TV shows for some years now.
He started in the UK with Hell’s Kitchen and then went on to host The F word , Ramsay’s Best Restaurant, Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and Gordon Behind Bars.
After his success in the UK, Ramsay brought his military-style cooking programs to the US, presenting the American versions of Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares and MasterChef. His TV shows have aired in more than 200 countries.
