Mandarin Oriental To Manage First Mideast Hotel
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announced Tuesday it will manage a new luxury resort and branded residences on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi will be the company’s first foray into the Middle East market. Edouard Ettedgui, Group chief executive for Mandarin Oriental said “We are delighted to bring Mandarin Oriental’s renowned hospitality to the Middle East region for the first time.” Mubarak Al Muhairi, managing director for TDIC said “Mandarin Oriental will further complement the distinctive leisure offerings on Saadiyat Island.”
