The NMC Group of Companies soft launched its fourth hotel in the Dubai Marina. The Dubai Lotus Hotel Apartments, which has 95 studios, one, and two bedroom apartments, officially began operations on New Years day. The Dh150 million project falls under the umbrella of Lotus Hospitality, which is planning to open two other properties in 2011 – the Lotus Boutique Hotel and Lotus Grand Hotel.
