As the world’s largest specialty toy retailer, Toys “R” Us is the pre-eminent place for the hottest toy launches and most in demand ‘must have’ toys. Exclusive brands and limited editions complement its unrivalled range of toys, games, sporting goods, baby accessories, children’s apparel and juvenile furniture all under one roof, further asserting Sharjah City Centre’s mass family appeal.
Tchibo, a renowned German department store chain now located at the ground floor’s City Gate entrance, is the first for both the Emirate of Sharjah and Sharjah City Centre. The unique store satisfies a wide range of consumer's personal, lifestyle and homeware needs, in addition to many sought-after toiletries, cosmetics, jewellery, toys, clothing and sporting goods.
Complementing the mall’s fashion offerings, La Moda Sun Glasses – part of the prominent Middle Eastern Pure Gold Group – promises to redefine customers’ eyewear shopping experience, while offering an exclusive range of stylish sunglasses at bargain prices. Additionally, Better Times also offers Sharjah City Centre’s fashion-savvy customers chic watches at responsible prices, and in keeping with the mall’s extensive beauty offering newly-opened Rasasi offers customers a world of unique fragrances, while The Face Shop – a South Korea-based retailer – provides a wealth of natural body, bath, skin care and make-up products.
Speaking of the mall’s latest additions, Sharjah City Centre Senior Mall Manager Anna Mansour declares, “As our mall continues to change, we are extremely happy to welcome the latest wave of retailers to the Sharjah City Centre family. We also eagerly await more openings, and encourage all customers to keep an eye out for yet more fun and value-orientated brands”.
Further openings scheduled for this year include fashion staples, Riva, Fab India, Shoe Express and Beauty Bay – which stocks many well-known cosmetic brands. Popular coffee shop franchise, Coffee Planet, Grab N Go restaurant, I Store and men’s fashion retailer, Marco Barcco will also be welcomed by the last quarter of 2011. Additionally, two children’s fashion retailers Mom & Me and Lilliput will also open their doors by early 2012, rounding out the complete retail mix.
