Nuran Targets GCC Leisure Sector

Nuran Serviced Residents will focus on the GCC leisure market in an effort to boost its occupancy levels. The company is part of Emmar Hospitality Group. There are currently two Nuran properties in Dubai – Nuran Greens Serviced Residents, and Nuran Marina Serviced Residents. A third Nuran residence is planned for downtown Burj Dubai. Mr. Alvaro said this year the corporate segment accounts for 73% of the market and there is always demand. He said “A big difference this summer, that is, July and August, we have been focusing on the leisure market, simply because demand from the corporate sector has increased.”
