Day 1
Mosque, national memory and palace
Open with Abu Dhabi's strongest civic-spiritual day so the rest of the city has context.
Route note: This is the day to slow down, not just collect photos.
Start with mosque timing and dress guidance.
Central/Corniche area after the mosque block.
Corniche or Emirates Palace area.
Moderate with respectful mosque pacing.
1place in Grand Mosque and Eastern Corridor
Abu Dhabi's defining mosque deserves more than a quick photo stop: visit for Sheikh Zayed's national legacy, contemporary Islamic architecture, prayer relevance and the way the marble complex changes from daylight to evening.
2place in Grand Mosque and Eastern Corridor
A solemn national memorial opposite Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, best visited for reflection and one of the city’s strongest mosque views.
3place in Al Ras Al Akhdar / Corniche West
A palace visit with real trip value: Qasr Al Watan turns UAE governance, craftsmanship and national identity into a polished cultural stop beside the Corniche.
Abu Dhabi's palace hotel is a destination in its own right: choose it for ceremony, family beach time, grand public spaces and easy access to Qasr Al Watan, the Corniche and Emirates Palace dining.
5place in Corniche and Central Abu Dhabi
The capital's classic waterfront gives visitors an easy Abu Dhabi rhythm: beach gates, family zones, skyline views, cycling and sunset walks without needing a complicated plan.

Day 2
Heritage centre and Saadiyat museums
Pair Qasr Al Hosn and artisan heritage with Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Abrahamic Family House to show the city's older and newer cultural vocabulary.
Route note: Do Louvre properly. If the family is tired, skip the final add-on rather than rushing the museum.
Start central, then transfer to Saadiyat after lunch.
Taxi/private car from central Abu Dhabi to Saadiyat.
1place in Corniche and Central Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi's historic heart, Qasr Al Hosn is the clearest place to understand the city before towers and oil: fort, craft, coffee culture and urban memory in one walkable block.
2place in Corniche and Central Abu Dhabi
A compact, meaningful craft stop beside Qasr Al Hosn, focused on Emirati making traditions rather than souvenir-only heritage.
3place in Corniche and Central Abu Dhabi
A central arts landmark beside Qasr Al Hosn, best for exhibitions, performances, workshops and a calmer local cultural rhythm.
4place in Saadiyat Island
A museum worth planning around, not just passing through: Louvre Abu Dhabi combines Jean Nouvel's shaded dome, a global collection and Saadiyat's cultural ambition into one of the capital's most rewarding indoor stops.
5place in Saadiyat Island
A Saadiyat interfaith complex with a mosque, church and synagogue, best approached as a place of learning, worship etiquette and quiet reflection.

Day 3
Yas family entertainment
Yas deserves a self-contained day: choose one headline attraction, use Yas Mall for breaks, and close by the waterfront.
Route note: Pick the park by age group: cars/thrill, marine/indoor, or cartoon-led family comfort.
Start at the chosen park and keep the whole day on Yas.
Taxi/private car to Yas and short island moves.
Big day; one park is enough for most families.
Yas Mall is the practical indoor anchor of Yas Island: shopping, food, prayer planning, KidZania, cinema and theme-park adjacency in one air-conditioned base.
Ferrari World is the heat-proof Yas Island family day, and the family zone helps younger children enjoy the brand without forcing the whole visit to revolve around extreme rides.
SeaWorld Yas Island is a full indoor family day built around marine life, shows and themed realms, useful when you want Abu Dhabi entertainment with education and reliable climate control.
A fully indoor theme park with rides, characters, and climate-controlled family fun on Yas Island.
Yas Island’s evening waterfront district, useful for dining, concerts, arena events and a more energetic night out than central Abu Dhabi.

Day 4
Mangroves, beach and fossil-dune edge
Close with the natural side of Abu Dhabi: mangroves, Saadiyat beach air and the desert-edge landscape if timing and transfer comfort allow.
Route note: This day gives the guide a fuller Abu Dhabi, but it needs heat and transport honesty.
Start outdoors early or late, depending on heat.
Taxi/private car; consider a prebooked transfer for Al Wathba.
Saadiyat or central Abu Dhabi before the longer nature transfer.
Return near the hotel or Corniche after the outdoor block.
Weather-dependent. Cut the desert-edge stop first in severe heat.
1place in Between Saadiyat Island and Yas Island
A calm boardwalk-and-kayak nature stop between Saadiyat and Yas, Jubail Mangrove Park lets visitors see Abu Dhabi's mangroves without turning the day into a long wilderness trip.
2place in Al Reem / Eastern Mangroves corridor
A protected mangrove landscape near the city, best experienced by kayak, paddleboard or carefully managed eco-operator tours.
3place in Saadiyat Island
A wide white-sand Saadiyat shore where Abu Dhabi feels more natural and resort-like, with turtle-protection rules shaping the setting.
A desert geology stop east of the city, with sculptural fossil dunes, walking trails and a very different Abu Dhabi landscape.
