Empire Outlets stands at 55 Richmond Terrace on Staten Island’s St. George waterfront, a few steps from the ferry terminal. Terraces and open-air walkways climb the sloping site, with Upper New York Bay and the Lower Manhattan skyline visible between the retail buildings.

Before you go

The free Staten Island Ferry makes the complex unusual among New York shopping destinations: the arrival journey crosses the harbour before shoppers reach the first storefront.
