Why stay here
Lotte New York Palace occupies Madison Avenue between East 50th and 51st streets, opposite St Patrick’s Cathedral. The hotel incorporates the nineteenth-century Villard Houses around a formal courtyard, with a modern tower rising behind their brownstone façades and richly decorated public rooms.
The experience
Accommodation divides between Palace rooms and the more private Towers floors, which have a separate reception and elevated skyline views. Suite categories range from one-bedroom layouts to expansive specialty residences, while Ila Only Spa, a fitness centre and salon support longer stays.
Before you book
Villard, Pomme Palais and the lobby lounge serve food and drinks in different settings, and event rooms occupy both historic and contemporary spaces. The official hotel pages do not substantiate alcohol-free minibars or halal menus as standard services; those imported promises have been removed from the public description.
