Historic Richmond Town is a museum village centered on the former county seat of Richmond County in Staten Island. The County Clerk's and Surrogate's Office, courthouse, general store, tinsmith shop, schoolhouse and varied dwellings show how law, trade, craft and family life occupied different building types.
